We understand that there are times when you don’t like your product, and we offer a 30 day period to return your product for a refund if it is unused and in excellent condition. If you wish to return your item, exchange shipping is FREE, in order to receive a refund, you must contact us at [email protected] before returning the item.

• Exchange :

To exchange a product, please contact us at [email protected] and we will process the exchange for FREE.

• Defected :

If you discover that your order is defective and wish to contact us at [email protected] with pictures of the product (it is not necessary to return the item), we will immediately send you a NEW product.

• Not as described or wrong Product :

if you discover that your order is not as described or is the wrong product, you can contact us at : [email protected] with pictures of the product, we will provide you with a return label once the follow-up is done, we will immediately send you a NEW product.

• Change of mind :

A change of mind is not acceptable. No returns or refunds will be issued.
Please Note! The color or texture might also be different from the picture as each product is natural and handmade.

• Cancel order :

we usually ship immediately the orders

Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately. you have a 12 hour period to cancel your order and be refunded*. however, if you exceed this period we cannot refund the money you paid but we can exchange the product you bought for another one within the limit of its price.

* All refunds will be processed directly after a purchase cancellation request. It takes up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
